The goal
Don't be the player who can't play without taking the total over 99. Each time you are, you lose a token. Last player with tokens left wins.
How a hand works
- 1
Deal three cards
Everyone starts with 3 tokens and 3 cards. The total starts at 0.
- 2
Play and say the total
On your turn, play one card onto the pile, say the new total out loud, then draw a replacement card.
- 3
Use the special cards
Some cards don't just add โ they reverse, hold or drop the total (see the chart).
- 4
Stuck over 99?
If every card you hold would push the total over 99, you lose a token and the next round starts at 0.
- 5
Last one standing
Lose all your tokens and you're out. The last player with a token wins.

- Play big cards early while the total is low.
- Watch who's running out of tokens โ they'll take risks.
