The goal
Complete each hand's contract and go out. Cards left in hand count against you โ the lowest total after all seven hands wins.
How a hand works
- 1
Shuffle two decks
Use two decks (add Jokers if you like as wilds). Deal 10 cards in hands 1โ4 and 12 in hands 5โ7.
- 2
Draw and discard
Take the top stock card or the top discard, then discard. Out of turn, players may 'buy' the discard by taking an extra penalty card from the stock.
- 3
Meet the contract
You can't lay anything down until you can show the full contract for that hand. Sets are 3+ of a kind; runs are 4+ in a row in one suit.
- 4
Lay off and go out
After meeting your contract you may add to any meld. The first player out ends the hand.
